Mackage offers a seamless return process for unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
